Aluminium extrusion — common questions

No. Trade accounts can order a single cut length, though freight is more economical once you consolidate a job onto one docket.

Every length is cut against a calibrated stop to ± 0.5 mm and deburred before packing. Cut stock is not returnable, so confirm your schedule before ordering.

Pieces over 3.0 m ship as oversize freight and are quoted on the real pack rather than a flat rate. Free pick up is available from Welshpool.

Prices are shown to approved accounts. Apply with your ABN — most are verified within one business day and pricing unlocks across the whole range.

Both are 6063-T5 aluminium with the same insert channel. Black anodising costs more and hides scuffing better in plant rooms; clear suits most switchboard work.

Stocked lines dispatch same day before 14:00 AWST. The two made-to-order finishes run on a three-day lead time.
